NZSE has been super busy attending expos these past few months, meeting with hundreds of curious learners interested in embarking on a new education journey. Expos are a fantastic opportunity for attendees to explore career plans, take home helpful pamphlets and brochures, and meet with our friendly staff. Recently, NZSE greeted a vibrant range of attendees at the Careers Outwest Expo at The Trusts Arena; Hamilton Careers Expo at Claudelands Showgrounds; North Shore Careers Expo at North Harbour Stadium; Eastern Careers School Expo at Howick Leisure Centre; and NZ Careers Expo at Auckland Showgrounds.
If you visited our NZSE stall, you may have met Tammie Mernin, NZSE’s Domestic Sales Manager. Tammi says the value of attending a career expo is exponential: “It’s incredibly important to be exposed to the opportunities available – to see what’s out there for your future. When you attend an expo, you can discover pathway options you had never considered before.”
At our Auckland Showgrounds stall, students assembled a human anatomy model and participated in a push-up competition, with prizes awarded, of course. The displays of teamwork, sportsmanship, and strength were thrilling to watch.
It’s always amazing to connect with so many unique individuals from diverse backgrounds, all with aspirations, talents, and career goals. We thoroughly enjoy welcoming attendees to a fulfilling education pathway at NZSE.
