We believe learning works best when it happens on the job.
Learn & Earn helps employees reach their full potential by turning everyday work experience into recognised qualifications. Through flexible, work-based learning programmes, we help businesses develop skills, strengthen teams, and support meaningful career progression — all in a way that fits around real life commitments.
We offer NZQA-approved qualifications delivered through flexible workplace training programmes lasting several months to over a year, as well as nationwide short courses that can be completed in as little as six hours. From formal industry qualifications to targeted skills development, our programmes focus on building practical, industry-specific expertise that employees can apply immediately in the workplace.
How Learn & Earn works
Learn & Earn partners with employers to build capable, confident teams through immersive, hands-on training programmes that enhance employees’ skills and practical toolkit.
